I moved to Maine in 1974 (from Allendale, NJ) and in 1986 moved to Bangor. After 13 years of renting, my beloved wife, Robin and I purchased our home in 1999 through Prudential Northeast Properties and we couldn't have made a better decision.

In 2004 I decided to become licensed and started working with the very agent that found us our home. 


I am a strong believer in Community Involvement. I'm involved or have been a part of:

  • Big Brothers Big Sisters-(Mentored 4 young men over a period of 18 years).
  • Volunteer fundraiser for the Bangor Area Homeless Shelter (BAHS)
  • Heading up BAHS "Welcome to Housing" program which gathers essential goods for the guests of the Shelter get a place of their own through support of caseworkers. 
  • Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce: Membership Committee (BRCC Volunteer of the Year in 1997)
  • Chair of BRCC Ambassador Committee 
  • Member of the Kiwanis Club of Bangor
  • Member Advisory Board-Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP)
Recently I've taken on a leadership role to build a program for the Bangor Area Homeless Shelter called 'Welcome to Housing.'  Of the 3,000 people who use the Shelter's services every year, at least 100 of those individuals, with caseworker support, seek out a place of their own. Welcome to Housing helps ensure the success of their transition by providing house warming items.
