The builder of this lovely getaway used the plans and specifications from Northeastern Log Homes. It’s base is 6 by 6 DOUBLE Pressure Treated Posts. In addition to the traditional craftsmanship, the builder/owner has added many touches and even made plans for a future addition! The owner has
obtained permits as well as plans that will be included with the home’s purchase, to add an addition on the front for a larger Master Bedroom!

Here’s a list of some of the other goodies!

· There’s a sand beach that’s shared just about 2.5 miles from the Camp and that’s IN ADDITION to the 250 feet of owned frontage! The Seller’s tell me how quiet their part of the lake is because they’re situated between two points and most of the water traffic is far beyond those points.

· There’s a generator AND a back up system as well! It’s housed in its own separate shed!

· The nice Woodshop (also with skylights) is heated and insulated and with very little effort,
could easily be converted into a bunkhouse!

· The home itself is seasonal for most but the current owners have lived in it year round.

· In addition to the lights powered by the generator, there are also gaslights as well!

· Roughing It? Not here! There’s a gas washer and dryer (full size) in the bathroom

· In the kitchen there’s even a built in dishwasher and solid wood Breakfast Bar!

· Bamboo Flooring!

· LOTS of Natural Light courtesy of the Skylights in the Cathedral Ceilings!

· Regular Septic and Leach Field too...No “Alice’s Outback” here

· You can easily get on the ITS and ATV Trails!

· The 5 Acres goes up back as well and there’s a place cleared that can be used to park your
snowmobile or ATV trailer!

· The entry way has it’s own deck and out front the porch is not only covered...It’s Screened in too!

· The lake is gorgeous and there’s even a place to put a patio or gazebo!

· In addition to the Master Bedroom Downstairs, there are TWO sizeable Quarter Lofts on either end and a beautiful Cathedral Ceiling and Open Floor plan make this a real Shangri-La!

And get this! There are Three ways to heat this lovely Camp! There’s 2 woodstoves-One in the home and one in the workshop (remember the one that would make an awesome bunkhouse?)
and the home also boasts a Gas Furnace and a Propane Heater for back up!
